How long does it take to purchase a property through YPS?
Depending on your requirements and market conditions the expected timeframe is 2-8 weeks but can vary depending on your requirements.
No free time to browse....
I have recently purchased two properties, one in Townsville and the other in Caloundra, on the Sunshine Coast, through YPS. I have a very demanding job that did not allow me free time to browse through web sites of real estate magazines.
