Specific Criteria Met

I wanted to buy an investment property in Brisbane. I had specific ideas about what I wanted but because I live in Sydney I needed help finding the property. I wrote a one page brief and worked with YPS on the phone over a couple of months until we found something that matched the criteria. I flew to Brisbane and spent the day with Ben looking at the Brisbane market and a number of properties before making an offer. Ben then wrapped up the negotiations and purchasing process on my behalf. I now own a property that fits within my investment strategy.
