I have known Ben for over 15 years and have always been a close personnel friend. I have always been reluctant to mix business and friendships, particularly with best friends. We are based in Perth, and were looking at diversifying our investment portfolio and had decided on Far North Queensland (through Ben's advice) as a good prospect.

We engaged Ben and his team to source a property for us, and we had made the decision just prior to Christmas. Knowing the slow down in industry over this period, I had not expected to have a property until Feb at least. Ben came back to us in Early Jan with the perfect property for investment.

Ben helped us with sourcing a good mortgage broker, property manager and great tenants!!! Ben has even helped us with motivation, when our eyes had moved off the ball, and we were we lapsing behind on some critical timelines.

Al though I am still hesitant to mix my personnel friendships within a business setting, I would not hesitate to work with Ben (in fact we are already looking at other options with Ben in the next 18 months) and YPS in the future. He was totally professional in all dealings and gave us a real feeling of being in control of the whole process. Well done YPS!!!!
