I would like to recommend YPS due to their great assistance in  buying my first property in Qld.
I was able to convey my main aims in buying a place in Qld and YPS was able to find me a place that fitted my criteria without me having to do any of the hard work.
Even with issues with obtaining finance YPS was always helpful in obtaining further information that eventually saw the purchase of my property complete.
I will be using YPS the next time I am in the market for a place in Qld.
