Until earlier this year I had no interest in buying a house, be it as an investment or to live in. All I had heard from friends and family who had purchased houses was the rather arduous and drawn out process they had endured to seal the deal.

He recommended a property management agency and I had tenants in the house within a week. All up, I couldn't be more satisfied with the professional and no nonsense service YPS provided to me. I will not hesitate to use YPS team again and strongly recommend them to anyone considering property purchase, be you new to the market like me, or someone who already has a portfolio.
