Throughout 2003, I was searching for a house for myself and my wife Carol to live in. After many frustrating months with no success, we decided to use Ben to assist us in searching for our home.

With Ben's local knowledge of the property market, it took him just one week to source a suitable property for our home. In hindsight, we wished we had used Ben from the outset. It would have saved us many hours of heartache and turmoil.

We will be using YPS in any future property transactions that we enter into.
