My wife and I recently purchased our first family home through YPS and we found their service to be outstanding. Our situation was particularly complicated and Ben and Dave combined excellently to save us a great deal of heartache and expense.

Buying a property at any time can be a stressful and difficult task however we had the additional burden of moving state, changing jobs and careers and then on top that, we found out we were pregnant with our first child.

To add further stress to the situation, we owned an investment property in Brisbane and were reliant upon the sale of this property before we could purchase our new home. We employed YPS to help us with the entire process and it was the best thing we have done. Ben gave some excellent advice throughout the sale of our investment property which ensured that we were able to get the correct service from the selling agent. This process took almost three months and a great deal of heartache before we finally got the sale.

In the meantime, Ben and Dave were always there, providing guidance and reassurance and answering any questions we had. Once we had secured the sale, Ben was on hand to begin our search. YPS' search process was simple and very easy to follow. On the day I went to view the shortlist, I was very impressed by his knowledge of the areas and his frank and honest advice. As it turned out, I remember him saying that he thought he knew which one we'd love the most and he was absolutely correct.
We encountered a great deal of problems from here which without Ben and Dave's support, I know we would have come off second best in the negotiations. The third bedroom had been renovated but not certified by council (despite the agent advertising it as a three bedroom house).

This caused an immense amount of frustration for me and my wife because the longer it took, the more costly it was for us to rent and the longer before we could settle before the baby was born. Ben took control of the negotiations, received confirmation of the third bedroom's status and sealed the deal. Concurrently, he personally managed the finance, legal and all other parties on our behalf saving us a great deal of time and effort. We finally moved into our home and could not be happier.
I have no trouble recommending Ben and Dave to anyone who is purchasing a property whether it be own home or for investment. With the amount of unscrupulous real estate agents out there, YPS saved us time, money and effort. Now we can concentrate on getting the house ready for our new addition to the family.
