I had been aware for some time that investment in property was something that I needed to do. My lack of understanding and therefore fear of the process had prevented me from taking that step. I also had the very handy excuse that I was always too busy to make the time to educate myself.

He took all the pain out of the process, by taking care of the entire purchase on my behalf. After conducting an extensive search and inspecting innumerable properties, Ben presented me with a short list, all of which would have been suitable.

Once I had made my decision, he then conducted an effective negotiation on my behalf, ensuring I did not pay over the fair market value for the property. I also benefited from Ben's contract management expertise when he ensured the vendor took care of a few minor building and pest concerns prior to settlement, without compromising the end result for me.
It all made for a totally stress-free process for me, and was the first of what will hopefully be many investment properties - all to be purchased on my behalf by YPS Australia.
