Last year, I found myself with money in the bank and a desire to invest in property. Unfortunately I had no idea of where to begin.

I was literally lost when I considered where I should buy, how to arrange finance and how I was going to manage it after I was done. To be honest, I just didn't have the time to work it out either with the demands of my day job (and my desire to relax when I have time off).

A friend of mine referred me to Ben at YPS. Ben talked me through the process and made me feel at ease. I left feeling confident that it was the right move. I enlisted Ben to find me a property in a price bracket I could afford and left him to it. Ben presented me with a number of options and the one I eventually chose was a package home in Townsville. Ben basically did everything - I just signed some forms from time to time and transferred money out of my account for the deposit and to service the loan.

It was that easy. Ben organised finance, solicitors, handled all of the day to day issues with the builder, organised insurance, enlisted a Quantity Surveyor and found me a real estate agent to manage the place. I had the property valued after construction had been completed and Ben had built me $30000 in equity off the bat. Nobody can ask for more. I can honestly say that I couldn't have done this without Ben's guidance and support. I will be buying my next house through him.
