Ben not only found but directly organised almost the entire process of the house purchase, including the initial purchase price, insurance, legals, mortgage broker, inspections, and property management. His suggestions and advice have proved to be exactly right and all the supporting agencies he has put me in touch with have provided excellent service and advice as well. Ben spoke with all the interested parties, telling them I was overseas and that there may be some problems with communications and thanks to his involvement there were no problems at any stage.

My particular experience with Ben; being overseas and not always contactable yet still able to successful purchase a high quality house at a good price has clearly illustrated for me the significant benefits that YPS can offer.
