When we first contacted YPS, we initially baulked at the cost to employ them in finding us a house. We were in NSW with a young family needing to find a house in Brisbane.

We have kids in school and didn't want them to have to change schools twice, so we couldn't work out whether to rent and find a school in the area, find a school and then rent, or find a house to buy and hope there was a good school nearby. As you can imagine it was quite stressful and we were on a timeline as the move was for work commitments.

Ben found a house we loved and then handled the negotiations with the thieving real estate agents, organised the building and pest inspection, and even did a deal that enabled us to rent the place whilst waiting for settlement which meant we didn't have to move our gear twice.

So we really believe the decision to employ YPS ended in a great outcome for us.  How do you put a price on the amount of stress this took off us, let alone the fact that we believe by having Ben's expertise with us at the negotiations enabled us to get a great deal on the house that we may not have got without him.
