I can also now see that it has been a definite advantage not being personally and emotionally involved in the contract price negotiations, even though they were rental properties.

I would thoroughly recommend your service to anyone who is time poor and would like to spend their weekends doing something else other than trolling through 40 to 60 properties to find the right one. We could also never hope to match the experience and feel for the market that you have doing this full-time.
