We were first home buyers when we sought the services of YPS Director, Ben Boyle. We decided to seek assistance in purchasing a property because, as well as being time poor as a busy family of four, we had previously relocated interstate and intrastate four times in eight years, and were not deeply familiar with any particular location. While not being fools when it comes to investments, we were inexperienced investors in the residential property market.

Ben's service continued well beyond contract signature. He kept us informed of all of our requirements, and subsequently all administration occurred swiftly and with minimal fuss. His reliable network ensured we had every aspect covered including mortgage broking, pest and building inspection, solicitation, and rental management.

Our first property purchase experience is now complete. Upon reflection it has been a positive experience, largely due to our confidence in Ben and his professional team at YPS.

I have known Ben for over 15 years and have always been a close personnel friend. I have always been reluctant to mix business and friendships, particularly with best friends. We are based in Perth, and were looking at diversifying our investment portfolio and had decided on Far North Queensland (through Ben's advice) as a good prospect.
