Outstanding Professionalism!

I am an ex-pat Australian and I've been living in several countries in Europe since 1999.  I have considered investing in property in Australia and during several visits to Australia I've tried to keep abreast of the market and look for options in which to invest. However I realised that a few weeks would never be sufficient time to negotiate all of the intricacies of buying a property.

After being given a very professional outline of their services, I was very keen to see how the process would go with the distances and time differences involved and some other complexities of my situation.

Mr Boyle and his team were outstanding with their professionalism, thoroughness and efficiency throughout the process. Time differences were no barriers and he remained in contact whenever urgent issues needed attention. With the help of Mr Boyle's resources in arranging finance and attending to legal and statutory requirements, the process was made smoother than I ever expected.  From the start of the searching process to the final settlement and arranging a tenant a little over two months later, there were no adverse surprises and every detail was covered, thanks to Mr Boyle and his team at YPS. I will definitely approach YPS when I consider any further property investments.

A Seamless and Enjoyable Process

I recently employed the services of Ben Boyle from YPS in purchasing my investment home at Camp Hill in Brisbane.

As I don't live in Brisbane, when I started out, I had very little idea of what I was doing. Ben personally guided me through ever step of the way, from giving me guided tours of Brisbane, to finding the home that met every single one of the specifications I provided.

My buyers agent took away all the stressHe then sat with me through the negotiations and ensured that absolutely everything went off without a hitch through to settlement. Even now he's helping me as he is arranging minor modifications to the home on my behalf whilst I'm in Sydney.

As a single gal investing her life savings, this could have been a very stressful endeavour, but instead I found it a seamless and very enjoyable process.

Ben is an incredibly efficient, responsive and lovely guy and I would highly recommend YPS to anyone looking to purchase a property. In fact, I was so impressed; I'm leaving Sydney and moving to Brisbane.

A Thoroughly Recommended Service
