When we first contacted YPS, we initially baulked at the cost to employ them in finding us a house. We were in NSW with a young family needing to find a house in Brisbane.

We have kids in school and didn't want them to have to change schools twice, so we couldn't work out whether to rent and find a school in the area, find a school and then rent, or find a house to buy and hope there was a good school nearby.
