Ben Boyle and the team from YPS made my first real estate purchase totally hassle free. I initially heard about the service provided by YPS and the track record of Ben through a friend.

At the time I was overseas. I subsequently spoke with Ben and gave him a run down on what I was looking for. We conducted some further correspondence via email and phone to discuss various issues associated with the real estate purchase.

Eventually, Ben found a property which has turned out to suit my needs perfectly. He sent me a description of the property and external and internal photos. At this stage I was still overseas. I had to make a rapid decision trusting almost totally on Ben's recommendations. The positive experiences of my friends had been such that I had no problems trusting Ben and my experiences to date have more than validated this.

Ben not only found but directly organised almost the entire process of the house purchase, including the initial purchase price, insurance, legals, mortgage broker, inspections, and property management. His suggestions and advice have proved to be exactly right and all the supporting agencies he has put me in touch with have provided excellent service and advice as well. Ben spoke with all the interested parties, telling them I was overseas and that there may be some problems with communications and thanks to his involvement there were no problems at any stage.

Last year, I found myself with money in the bank and a desire to invest in property. Unfortunately I had no idea of where to begin.

Ben organised finance, solicitors, handled all of the day to day issues with the builder, organised insurance, enlisted a Quantity Surveyor and found me a real estate agent to manage the place. I had the property valued after construction had been completed and Ben had built me $30000 in equity off the bat. Nobody can ask for more. I can honestly say that I couldn't have done this without Ben's guidance and support. I will be buying my next house through him.
